Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or similar, showcasing a commitment to professional development. Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, indicating a proven track record of delivering successful solutions. Has experience in the IT industry, preferably with experience in organizations that have deployed and used SharePoint.
