Site Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day landscape and swimming pool works on site. Coordinate with project managers, landscape architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Manage hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pools, water features and outdoor works. Read and interpret landscape, architectural, structural and MEP drawings. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and work schedules. Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and workmanship. Coordinate with consultants and clients during site inspections. Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate technical solutions. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and material requirements. Ensure proper use of materials and minimise wastage. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer with a Dubai-based landscape company. Previous experience working on landscape and swimming pool projects in Dubai is mandatory. Strong practical knowledge of swimming pool construction, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, pumps and associated MEP works. Good understanding of hardscape, softscape, irrigation and water features. Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical details. Experience with luxury residential/villa projects is highly preferred. Strong site coordination, problem-solving and communication skills. Able to manage subcontractors, labour and multiple site activities. UAE driving licence mandatory.
