Site Engineering & Project Execution

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Monitor project progress and prepare site reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Quantity Surveying & Estimation Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) from drawings and specifications. Perform quantity take-offs and measurement of works. Prepare cost estimates for building and infrastructure projects. Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations. Assist in tender preparation and submission. Monitor project costs, variations, and material quantities. Documentation & Coordination Review drawings, contracts, and technical documents. Prepare progress reports, material requests, and project documentation. Coordinate with procurement and management teams for project requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years UAE experience in civil construction projects. Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card – Mandatory. Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory. Strong knowledge of site execution, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and estimation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience Building construction projects. Villas, commercial buildings, infrastructure, roads, utilities, or related civil works. Tendering and project cost control.
