Facilitate collaboration among government agencies, private sector partners, technology providers, and community stakeholders to drive smart city initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field. Hold relevant certifications in project management (PMP), IT service management (ITIL), or smart city technologies. Demonstrate 7+ years of progressive experience in urban development, technology implementation, or strategic consulting. Have a strong understanding of IoT, AI, big data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
