Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field. Hold relevant certifications in project management (PMP), IT service management (ITIL), or smart city technologies. Demonstrate 7+ years of progressive experience in urban development, technology implementation, or strategic consulting.
