Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We re hiring B2 English speakers to support Small & Medium Business customers for a UAE telecom project (insourced staff) in Maadi . Campaign Overview Campaign Type: Voice Support (SMB Clients) Supported Country: United Arab Emirates Location: Degla Square, Maadi Cairo Hiring Requirements Gender: Males only Language Requirement: B2 English (strict) Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome Skills: Strong English communication Confidence in managing business support calls Work Conditions Interaction Type: Voice Calls Work Type: On-site Maadi Shifts: Rotational weekly (morning, night, overnight) Shift Duration: 8 hours + 1-hour break Days Off: 2 weekly (80% consecutive) Training Details Duration: 2 months Schedule: 8 hours + 1-hour break (8 AM or 3 PM) Days Off: 2 weekly Training Salary: Fully paid Compensation Package Net Salary: EGP 15,887 Gross Salary: EGP 19,100 -- Base Salary: EGP 13,254 -- Variable: EGP 2,633 Training Salary (Net): EGP 13,254 per month Other Benefits Social & Medical Insurance: Provided day one Employment Type: Insourced staff Kickstart your CX career with NAOS CX Apply Now!
