We produce national flags, jewelry display stands, eyewear and accessory organizers, and home/boutique décor solutions. Our products are sold across Egypt through Amazon.eg and our retail partners.Position: Social Media & Community Specialist Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt (On-site — not remote) Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are hiring an on-site Social Media & Community Specialist to manage our Facebook pages, lead our newly created Facebook Group, create engaging content, respond to community interactions, and drive direct sales through social media campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the company's Facebook pages and newly created Facebook Group.Plan and publish consistent content (posts, reels, short videos) following a calendar tied to Egyptian events and seasonal moments.Promote new products, offers, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to drive direct sales.Engage with the audience quickly by responding to comments and direct messages within business hours.Collaborate on new ideas and content concepts; create product clips, before/after setups, unboxings, and customer testimonials.Track and report weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, and sales attributed to social media.Preferred (Nice-to-have):Experience running Facebook and Instagram paid ads.Familiarity with the Egyptian market, consumer trends, and seasonal moments.Skills in short-form video or basic photography.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience (specialist-level, not manager-level).On-site role in a collaborative, long-established production team.Direct ownership of the brand's social presence.Employee discounts on Best Media products.How to Apply: Please send your CV and 2-3 examples of social media pages or groups you have managed to:
