Social Media Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales. Capture high-quality photos and videos of products and events. Edit photos, reels, and promotional videos for social media. Design engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. Write attractive captions, hashtags, and marketing content. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok. Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports. Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote new products and campaigns. Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing. Experience with photography and videography. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile SEO and website content management. Product photography and promotional video production. Knowledge of influencer marketing. Basic graphic design and branding. Experience using AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
