Software Engineer- TIBCO Application Support

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within TIBCO applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems, implementing permanent solutions to enhance application stability. Develop and execute scripts for application monitoring, performance tuning, and automated deployments within the TIBCO ecosystem. Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Years of Experience * 8 to 12 years Required Skills * Primary technical and functional skills · Strong expertise in Cloud technologies · Hands-on experience with OpenShift, · Proven experience in TIBCO Support, · CI/CD pipeline management, and integration flow design. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * Specific domain or industry knowledge required Hands-on experience with TIBCO upgrades and TIBCO support. Strong technical background in application management and business integration. Proficiency in Microservices and distributed enterprise applications. Experience with Middleware implementation / Support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies. Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms / OpenShift. Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly recommended. Experience in integration flow design, service specifications, and performance tuning. Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
