Software Engineer-ECM

Design, develop, and implement robust Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Configure and customize ECM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum) to meet specific business requirements and workflows. Develop and maintain custom code, scripts, and integrations to extend ECM functionality and automate business processes. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective ECM solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills * Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting. Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and SFTP-based file transfers. Experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments. Understanding of Credit Origination processes and applications. Knowledge of Collateral Management processes and collateral lifecycle management. Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and batch processing support. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * 3-5 years of production support experience in banking or financial services. Experience supporting collateral management, lending, credit risk, or regulatory reporting applications. Experience working in a 24x7 support environment supporting business-critical applications. Certifications Required e.g. AWS Certified, PMP, CISSP, Azure, ITIL Microsoft Azure Cloud Certification – good to have SQL – PLSQL certification - preferred Relevant API or technology certification - preferred Preferred Tech Stack e.g. Python, Java, React, Kubernetes, Power BI Oracle SQL/PLSQL; SQL Server, ETL, Python; Github, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Windows Servers / IIS, Postman Tools / Platforms e.g. JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow, Postman SSMS, PLSQL, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, PostMan Skills ETL processes Oracle SQL Server Employment Type Full-time
