Software Engineer (Services & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, performant, and reliable software solutions
• Build and operate services using Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies across a cloud-native environment
• Contribute to infrastructure, deployment, and operational excellence using tools such as Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, and Terraform
• Lead by example, demonstrate what good looks like, and foster a high-performance engineering environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain technical excellence
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Excel in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrable expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience delivering high-scale, high-performance software systems
• Strong understanding of cloud-native engineering principles, distributed systems, and production-grade service operation
• Hands-on experience with some of the following: Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure
• Experience with agentic-first engineering workflows
• Nice-to-have: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science
• Proficiency in Go is highly desirable
• In-depth understanding of the advertising technology industry is a plus
