Software Project Manager

As Software Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate software development projects from conception to completion. Location

Cairo, Egypt. Key Accountabilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Facilitate regular project meetings, including requirements gathering sessions, UAT sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Manage changes to project scope and schedule, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field; GUC, AUC, or BUE graduates are preferred. Proven experience from 2 to 5 years as a software project manager or project coordinator. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
