About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for guiding projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Master of the Project Symphony: Compose comprehensive project plans, ensuring every note lands on time and within budget
• Wield your baton of expertise to manage scope, timelines, resources, and risks with unwavering precision
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and conduct risk mitigation with the agility of a maestro adjusting tempo
• Track progress with hawk-like focus, keeping stakeholders informed through clear and concise communication
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment where every team member plays their part in harmony
• Salesforce Virtuoso: Possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and best practices
• Translate business requirements into elegant and effective Salesforce configuration and customizations
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define workflows and processes ensuring seamless automation
• Manage user roles and permissions with the precision of a security conductor, optimizing access and data integrity
• Communication Maestro: Bridge the gap between technical complexities and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone hears the melody of progress
• Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations with clarity and transparency
• Actively listen to concerns and feedback, conducting the orchestra of collaboration to find solutions Document project decisions and processes for future reference, leaving a legacy of knowledge for the next performance
• Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
