Software Team Leader - Low code

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers. Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines. Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.). Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices. Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance. Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms. 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience. Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform. Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management. Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred.
