Solar Sales Engineer / Representative

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories. Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and cold calling. Execute sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Achieve assigned sales targets consistently. Build and maintain long term customer relationships. Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services. Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure or delivery of products. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and agreements. Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and adherence to credit terms. Coordinate with Finance to reconcile outstanding receivables. Coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules and after-sales support. Support Marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage). 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the solar trading, distribution, or industrial products industry, preferably in the UAE. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is required to effectively support and communicate with Arabic-speaking customers and stakeholders. Strong technical and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to support business growth. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
