Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role: Solution Architect Location: Remote Hiring For: A leading Technology Solutions company headquartered in the Middle East, specializing in enterprise infrastructure, HPC, AI factory solutions, servers, storage, and advanced computing across government and enterprise sectors. Summary: The Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer accounts, responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions across Networking, Linux, Cloud, Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, and HPC environments. The role requires strong technical leadership, customer engagement, and solution ownership from requirement gathering through implementation and support transition. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end enterprise infrastructure solutions based on customer business and technical requirements. Lead technical discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and architecture reviews with customers. Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts. Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), technical proposals, and solution documentation. Review and validate infrastructure designs covering compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security. Provide technical leadership to implementation, transition, and support teams. Conduct solution assessments, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex environments. Design and support Hybrid Cloud, AI, HPC, and Data Center solutions. Work closely with Sales, Presales, Service Delivery, and TAC teams to ensure successful project execution. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures. Desired Candidate Profile Certifications: CCIE • RHCE • AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or Equivalent). Experience: 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Networking, Linux, Cloud, and Data Center technologies. overall IT infrastructure experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Center Networking architecture and design. Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure solutions. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience. Experience working with enterprise and strategic accounts. Authority: Authorized to approve and validate designs Quality & Compliance Responsibilities: Ensure all duties are performed in strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, organizational quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support continual improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
