Job Description Roles & Responsibilities REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Technical Skills We're looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architects to lead enterprise HCM transformation initiatives powered by Oracle AI. 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with Solution Architecture expertise Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and solution design Strong techno-functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Generative AI, and AI-enabled HCM capabilities Strong knowledge of Redwood UX (26B), VBCS, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, and Fusion REST APIs Experience defining integration architecture, security, data migration, and governance Ability to engage with business stakeholders, drive solution workshops, and mentor technical teams Thank you for considering this opportunity with Clover InfoTech.
