Solutions Engineer, MENA

The Role As a Solutions Engineer for MENA, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Product, and Engineering to help customers understand, evaluate, and implement Telnyx solutions across the Middle East. You will act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle: leading technical discovery, delivering product demos, designing solution architectures, answering customer questions, supporting proof-of-concept work, and helping remove technical blockers that could slow or prevent a deal from closing. This role is ideal for someone who understands telecom, cloud infrastructure, networking, SIP/VoIP, contact center technology, APIs, or AI-powered communications, and who enjoys translating technical capabilities into clear business value for customers across MENA. You should be comfortable engaging with a wide range of audiences, from developers and technical champions to product leaders, CTOs, CIOs, and business executives. Fluency in English plus Gulf Arabic is important for supporting customers across the region.
