Specialist - Technical PAM Change Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Strong experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), preferably with CyberArk Troubleshoot authentication failures, platform misconfigurations, plugin issues, and cross-component communication problems Resolve performance degradation, session launch failures, CPM job delays, and JIT connectivity issues Hands-on experience with L3/L4 troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, AutoIt, and Selenium Automate onboarding, platform creation, connection component customization, and operational workflows Build custom utilities for log parsing, health checks, CPM diagnostics, and bulk operations Experience working with CyberArk REST APIs for provisioning, reporting, and system integrations Perform DC DR failover and fallback activities for CyberArk Vault and associated components Strong understanding of security operations, access control, and privileged account governance Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure secure and reliable PAM operations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle critical production issues Desired Candidate Profile Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (banking/government preferred) Exposure to DevOps practices and automation-driven environments Experience with security compliance, audits, and governance frameworks Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Employment Type Full Time Company Industry RecruitmentPlacement FirmExecutive Search Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Change ManagementChange Management Officer PAMRisk AssessmentComplianceSecurity Change Manager PAMDocumentationPAM Change LeadPAM Change Consultant Get real-time job updates only on our App
