Specialist Security Digitalisation & Fire Protection

Lead the transformation of manual security processes into compliant digital solutions, including risk registers, assessments, action trackers, incident learning, reporting tools, and governance workflows. Drive digitalisation initiatives across security governance, risk management, maturity tracking, assurance, reporting, and stakeholder services. Develop and maintain dashboards, structured data capture solutions, maturity-model tools, and management reporting platforms. Utilize Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Planner, Power Platform, reporting tools, AI solutions, and Copilot capabilities. Identify, assess, and implement AI use cases across multiple security disciplines. Design and deliver platforms that enable market maturity tracking across all security functions. Support the adoption of digital tools through training, user engagement, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities. Ensure compliance with information protection requirements, data handling standards, access controls, cybersecurity expectations, and AI governance principles. Act as the regional fire protection lead for coordination, governance oversight, and follow-up activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, Process Improvement, Project Management, Corporate Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline. 4-6 years of experience in digitalisation, business transformation, workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity, reporting, or process improvement within a multinational environment. Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 SharePoint Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Power BI Data Visualisation & Dashboarding Workflow Automation AI/Copilot Solutions Experience building and maintaining: Dashboards Risk Registers Assessment Databases Action Trackers Management Reporting Solutions Maturity Tracking Tools Knowledge of governance, compliance, information protection, data privacy, access management, cybersecurity awareness, and responsible AI practices. Ability to convert business or security requirements into practical digital products and workflows. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and communication skills.
