As part of our growth, we are looking for a Spray Painter – Paints & Stains to join our Dubai location. Key Responsibilities Apply paints, lacquers, stains, and wood coatings according to specifications Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming Mix, match, and adjust paints, stains, and coating materials to achieve the required color and finish Correct color deviations and ensure coatings meet the target sample and customer specifications Operate spray guns and other painting equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch-ups when required Ensure consistent color, gloss, and coating quality standards Work closely with the laboratory to implement approved color formulations Maintain painting equipment, tools, and workplace cleanliness Comply with safety, environmental, and company regulations Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Experience as a spray painter, lacquerer, wood finisher, or in a similar coatings-related role Knowledge of paints, lacquers, stains, and surface preparation techniques Experience in color matching and color adjustment is an advantage Good eye for color, detail, and quality Experience with spray painting equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation) Ability to work with color matching software and digital color management systems Comfortable using a PC for recording formulations, production data, and quality reports English communication skills What We Offer Stable position in a growing international company Work with high-quality paints, coatings, and modern equipment Opportunity for professional development Supportive and team-oriented working environment Accommodation and transport can be provided Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ChemicalsPetrochemicalsPolymersIndustrial Gases Department / Functional Area ProductionManufacturing Keywords Spray PainterIndustrial PainterWood FinisherPaint TechnicianCoating TechnicianFurniture PainterWood CoatingsWood FinishingPaints And StainsPaint SprayerPaint MixingStainingSurface CoaterPU PainterPainter Get real-time job updates only on our App
