Sr Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the Dubai/UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of corporate clients, proven sales achievements, and solid experience in the logistics, transportation, and supply chain industry. > Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Dubai and UAE market. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Promote logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions in line with Transcorp’s service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Prepare sales proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth. Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintain accurate sales reports, business pipelines, and CRM updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services. Proven experience in the UAE market, with a strong understanding of local business dynamics. Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers in Dubai/UAE. Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and account management. Target-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
