Sr. MEP Design Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for Construction & interior fit-out projects. Coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior design teams. Prepare design drawings, load calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications. Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented effectively. Ensure all designs comply with UAE codes, local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.), and project requirements. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify installation quality and design compliance. Prepare as-built drawings and participate in testing and commissioning. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in MEP design, preferably in Construction & interior fit-out projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP/Carrier software, and other relevant MEP tools. Good knowledge of local authority standards and approval processes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
