What you'll be doing Our Store Director takes the lead in creating an exceptional luxury customer experience, delivering commercial growth, and cultivating a high-performing, customer-focused retail environment. This role ensures the seamless execution of the Tryano vision across stores and services, strengthens the brand s market presence, nurtures VIP relationships, and develops top talent, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align products, in-store activations, experiences, and overall commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead all store operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of commercial, operational, and customer experience objectives in line with Tryano's luxury standards. Drive sales performance and key commercial KPIs, including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and client development, taking accountability for achieving store targets. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to drive accountability, engagement, and performance across all departments. Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Tryano's luxury positioning and delivers exceptional and personalized experiences, with a strong focus on VIP clientele Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, and VM teams to ensure effective execution of assortment strategies, stock optimization, and in-store presentation that maximizes sales opportunities. Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the store, maintaining compliance with company policies, processes, audit requirements, and luxury retail standards. Use commercial insights, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement actions that drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and other support functions to successfully execute campaigns, activations, and client engagement initiatives within the store. Lead workforce planning and talent development within the store, ensuring strong succession pipelines, capability building, and retention of top talent. Act as a role model and ambassador for the Tryano brand, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across the store. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 8 10 years of retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, or department store environments. Proven track record of leading large, multi-level retail teams and driving strong commercial results through effective people leadership. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus, given the close engagement with local clientele and VIP customers. Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and luxury service standards. Demonstrated ability to drive key commercial KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and client development. Experience in coaching and developing leadership teams, building talent pipelines, and fostering a high-performance culture. Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills, with experience managing VIP customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, sales performance, operational efficiency, and cost control. Ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement. Strong understanding of the UAE retail market, customer expectations, and local consumer behavior.
