Store Picker

Receive and process customer orders through the InstaShop application/system. Pick products accurately from the assigned supermarket/store shelves according to customer orders. Check product quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before picking. Select suitable replacements when an ordered item is unavailable, following the required process. Pack picked items carefully to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination. Ensure orders are completed within the required SLA/time targets. Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required. Keep the picking area clean, organized, and safe. Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the appropriate team. Follow store policies, food-safety standards, and company SOPs. Maintain good attendance and report for assigned shifts on time. Handle customer orders professionally and maintain a high level of accuracy. Support stock checking and other operational tasks when required. Achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous supermarket, warehouse, picker, packer, or delivery-related experience is preferred. Basic English communication skills. Ability to use a smartphone/application for order processing. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Own UAE visa preferred if applicable. Immediate joiners preferred.
