Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview As a Co-op New Associate Intern , you will join Accenture's Supply Chain and Engineering Consulting team and gain hands-on experience working on client projects, business analysis, problem-solving, and digital transformation initiatives. During this 6-month Co-op Program , you will collaborate with experienced consultants, contribute to meaningful business solutions, and develop the analytical, technical, and consulting skills needed to build a successful career in management consulting. You will be exposed to real-world business challenges and have the opportunity to support strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformation projects across various industries. Key Responsibilities Support project teams in conducting research, analysis, and problem-solving activities. Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data. Assist in developing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables. Participate in workshops, meetings, and project discussions with internal teams. Strong academic performance. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Passion for consulting and business transformation. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Interest in digital transformation, operations, strategy, technology, or supply chain consulting.
