Survey Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities lead and oversee all surveying activities across OUR projects, including desalination plants, marine infrastructure, coastal works, and civil construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing survey teams and delivering accurate survey solutions throughout project lifecycles. Lead and manage all survey activities across multiple projects. Develop survey strategies, procedures, and standards to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. Oversee land, marine, hydrographic, and construction surveying activities. Manage survey teams, equipment, resources, and subcontractor activities. Review and approve survey reports, calculations, drawings, and deliverables. Provide technical guidance on hydrographic surveys, geotechnical surveys, setting out, and construction surveys. Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, clients, and consultants to support project requirements. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Support tendering and pre-construction activities by reviewing survey requirements and methodologies Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in surveying, with significant experience managing survey functions for large-scale infrastructure, marine, or desalination projects. Proven experience leading survey teams across multiple projects. Strong knowledge of hydrographic surveying, land surveying, marine works, pipelines, intake/outfall structures, and civil construction activities. Strong knowledge of survey software and data processing tools. Experience working with major clients, consultants, and EPC contractors in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
