System Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities : Analyse business, product, and regulatory requirements and translate them into clear system requirements and technical specifications Design the system logic of complex fintech and financial products Define end-to-end system flows, including user journeys, backend processes, decision logic, data exchange, exception handling, and reconciliation Design integrations with banks, payment providers, government platforms, and other third-party services Design software system specifications, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams, integration contracts, data mappings, and system interaction models Define software system requirements, request and response structures, authentication methods, webhooks, error codes, retry mechanisms, idempotency, and timeout scenarios Participate in technical solution design and architecture discussions; propose improvements to architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance Validate the technical feasibility of product requirements and identify dependencies, limitations, risks, and edge cases Review technical implementation, API behaviour , logs, database structures, and system outputs to verify compliance with requirements Support integration, system, acceptance, and production-readiness testing Maintain system documentation and ensure that requirements remain aligned with all parties Desired Candidate Profile At least 6 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst or similar roles Proven experience designing or architecting complex financial products Has experience of modeling and structuring the processes of financing such as lending, saving, investing or have implemented previously loan management or loan origination systems Strong understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, and API-based platforms Extensive practical experience with system integrations and third-party APIs Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, digital signatures, encryption, and authentication flows Practical knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python or a similar language Experience preparing technical requirements, API documentation, sequence diagrams, UML or BPMN diagrams, data models, and integration specifications Experience working with complex business rules, decision engines, transaction processing, reconciliation, and financial calculations Ability to identify system risks, dependencies, edge cases, failure scenarios, and data-consistency issues Knowledge of architectural modeling frameworks and notations, such as C4, UML, and similar approaches Experience with lending, investment, brokerage, payment, wallet, open-banking, or digital-banking platforms Experience integrating with financial institutions, government platforms, AML systems, credit bureaus, payment gateways, custodians etc. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies Familiarity with Swagger/ OpenAPI , Postman, Jira, Git, and API-management platforms Experience with backend-driven user interfaces, workflow engines, risk and fraud engines Professional working proficiency in English (at least B2 level) Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords System Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
