System Security Engineer – DLP

Manage, enhance, and maintain the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution. Design, implement, and fine-tune DLP policies, rules, and controls across endpoints, network, email, and cloud environments. Monitor DLP alerts and investigate security incidents involving sensitive and confidential data. Perform incident analysis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and escalation where required. Support data classification, sensitive information discovery, and data protection initiatives. Identify policy gaps and optimize DLP controls to reduce false positives while improving security coverage. Work closely with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen data protection. Maintain DLP documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong, hands-on experience with enterprise DLP solutions and DLP policy management. Experience in data discovery, classification, monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation. Good understanding of endpoint, network, email, cloud, and information security controls. Experience working with security incidents and regulatory/compliance requirements.
