Systems and Networks Administrator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure the administration, configuration, and operational maintenance of Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate, VPN, SD-WAN, FortiMail, FortiWeb, and FortiSandbox). Deploy, administer, and optimize the Kaspersky Security Center solution, including agent management, security policies, and EDR functionalities. Administer and optimize network and storage infrastructures (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Load Balancing, SAN/NAS, NFS, iSCSI, Dell EMC Unity). Administer and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, and KVM virtualization platforms, ensuring high availability, vMotion, clustering, and resource optimization. Administer Microsoft services, including Active Directory, and ensure their availability, security, and evolution. Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents, as well as the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure. Write technical documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma of Bac+5 level (Master 2 or Engineering degree) in IT, networks, telecommunications, or equivalent field. Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role. Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork aptitude. Required skills: Mastery of Fortinet solutions: FortiGate (Firewall, VPN, SD-WAN), FortiMail, FortiWeb, and FortiSandbox. Mastery of Kaspersky Security Center (agent deployment, security policy management, and EDR). Solid knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, and Load Balancing. Mastery of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and KVM virtualization environments. Good knowledge of Microsoft services administration, particularly Active Directory. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents. Mastery of technical documentation tools. Appreciated assets: Mastery of scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with Dell EMC Unity solutions or other storage arrays. Knowledge of high availability architectures in VMware environments. Good mastery of cybersecurity best practices and system hardening. Fortinet (NSE/FCP/FCSS), VMware, Microsoft, or Kaspersky certifications are an asset.
