Talent Acquisition Specialist
Candidate Sourcing:Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Job Posting and Advertising:Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (company website, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).Optimize job postings to enhance visibility and attract suitable candidates.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.Candidate Experience:Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Communicate promptly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to onboarding.Collaboration with Dept. Managers:Work closely with Dept. managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Provide guidance and support to Dept. managers throughout the recruitment process.Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.Employer Branding:Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.Participate in and organize job fairs, career events, and networking events.Enhance the company's online presence and reputation.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.Compliance:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and regulations.Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive candidate information.
