You will champion a learning culture, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a rapidly evolving landscape.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions using a blend of methodologies, including corporate training, e-learning, experiential learning, and virtual platforms.Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery, tracking, and reporting.Develop and implement robust succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and career growth.Administer and enhance performance management frameworks, providing coaching and mentorship to support individual and team growth.Drive change management initiatives, fostering adaptability and resilience within the workforce.Create compelling learning materials, from presentations to simulations and videos, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align talent development initiatives with strategic organizational goals.Explore and integrate AI applications in HR and L&D to innovate and enhance our development offerings.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), various e-learning platforms, and content creation tools. Your understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) Principles & Methodologies (ADDIE/SAM/etc.) and Adult Learning Theories (Bloom's Taxonomy/Gagne's 9 Events/etc.) will be crucial.
