Your Role, Your Impact Drive end-to-end project execution for signalling systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards such as CENELEC EN 50126/8/9. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and customer teams to align technical solutions with operational needs and project goals. Ensure reliability and safety of signalling subsystems through rigorous validation, verification, and risk management processes. Foster innovation by integrating digital signalling technologies like CBTC and ETCS Level 2 into project delivery frameworks. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across global Alstom teams through structured lessons-learned sessions and technical workshops. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Proficiency in signalling design and project lifecycle management using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong understanding of railway safety standards and system assurance methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex infrastructure or transportation projects. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver under tight regulatory and operational constraints. Knowledge of modern signalling technologies including interlocking systems, CBTC, and ETCS architectures.
