Tally Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused TallyPrime Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage day-to-day customer support, build strong customer relationships, and generate sales opportunities for TallyPrime and related business solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, resolving TallyPrime-related queries, coordinating with the technical team when required, and identifying opportunities for software licenses, renewals, upgrades, cloud solutions, E-Invoicing, customizations and other services. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Support Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and support requests related to TallyPrime. Understand customer issues and provide first-level support and solutions. Assist customers with TallyPrime installation, activation, configuration and basic troubleshooting. Guide customers on TallyPrime features, reports and day-to-day usage. Provide basic assistance related to TSS/AMC, license activation and renewals. Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues requiring advanced support. Maintain proper records of customer queries, issues and resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure that reported issues are resolved satisfactorily. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in TallyPrime / Tally.ERP 9 customer support, software support or software sales. Good knowledge of TallyPrime and basic accounting concepts. Sales experience in accounting software, ERP or business software will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Employment Type Full-time
