TAQA Approved Project Manager

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with TAQA's strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, with a keen eye on risk identification and mitigation strategies specific to the energy sector. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication channels with all stakeholders, including regulatory bodies. Implement and enforce stringent quality assurance and control processes, adhering to TAQA's standards and best practices for project deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related technical field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in the oil, gas, or power generation industry. Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects.
