Tech Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications for the development team. Champion the product vision, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market opportunities. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback, making tough trade-off decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide the development process, unblock technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Desired Candidate Profile Primary technical and functional skills Deep hands on experience with Wealth platforms Swiss or EU private banking implementations Platform configuration and release management Wealth operations knowledge Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, dot net Core and frameworks). Strong hands-on experience of relational databases (Postgres DB, Oracle, SQL Server) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB). Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure). Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, integration solutions. Experience with serverless architecture Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools. Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.
