Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process.Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
