Technical Delivery Manager (TDM)

The Technical Delivery Manager owns end-to-end technical delivery of assigned projects, ensuring solutions approved by the Architecture & Delivery Alignment Committee are delivered on time, in scope, and with required quality and compliance. The role coordinates AI, Data Science, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams with Project Management, Architecture, Product, and clients. The TDM acts as the single technical delivery owner and escalation point for risks and dependencies. Own technical delivery from internal kick-off through UAT, client sign-off, and closure. Ensure adherence to CLIENT S Delivery Governance Framework, architecture standards, and security policies. Coordinate AI, Data, Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams across delivery streams. Act as the client s primary technical delivery contact, with clear updates, workshops, and acceptance support. Lead lessons learned and recommend improvements to governance, tools, and repeatable delivery models.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years in technical delivery, solution delivery, or engineering leadership. Technical grounding in AI, data platforms, big data, and modern application architectures. Cloud and on-premises infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD; security and non-functional requirements. Agile and hybrid delivery, RAID management, and change control (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
