Technical Operations Support(AZURE)- ARABIC SPEAKER

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for Technical Operations team (application/operations support function): (Arabic Speaker) Work Location: Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, and infrastructure-related issues across the environment Investigate and troubleshoot database-related issues, including writing and analyzing SQL queries Use log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar) to identify root causes and drive resolution Take ownership of incidents end-to-end, from identification through resolution and closure, with minimal supervision Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders throughout the issue resolution lifecycle, providing timely updates and clear explanations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex, distributed system issues Operate effectively and calmly under pressure, particularly during live incident scenarios Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, application support, or a similar role Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving application or platform-related issues Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar) Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with the ability to query and investigate data independently Strong experience in network analysis and troubleshooting Hands-on experience troubleshooting UI and browser-related issues Employment Type Full-time Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Azure Log AnalyticsSQLPythonTroubleshoot And Resolve ApplicationInfrastructurerelated Issues Get real-time job updates only on our App
