Technical Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development and digital transformation projects across distributed teams in the EMEA regions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, exceptional project management skills, and experience managing remote engineering teams in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of software development and technology projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, QA, DevOps, UX/UI Designers, and business stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones. Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while implementing mitigation strategies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple time zones. Track project KPIs and prepare status reports for leadership. Coordinate software releases, production deployments, and post-launch support. Ensure projects comply with quality standards, security requirements, and organizational processes. Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners when required. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery processes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or IT Project Management. Proven experience managing software development projects in Agile environments. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Experience working with cloud-based applications, APIs, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana. PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage distributed, cross-functional teams across EMEA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in remote-first environments. Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
