Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to drive results. Data-Driven Operations: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early and optimize workflows. Stakeholder Management: Balance internal/external client interests and maintain strong business relationships.

Experience

6+ years in software environments with 4+ years in Project Management. Required Skills Technical Skill: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (or another major language) to communicate effectively with developers. Budget Control: Proven experience allocating and tracking project budgets. Methodology: Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery. Preferred Skills Domain Fit (Bonus): Background in SaaS, telecom, banking, or system integration. Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
