TeleSales Agent - Healthcare

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote healthcare services. Understand patient needs, present tailored solutions, and address queries or objections effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets through lead conversion, follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling. Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and service. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities using CRM/EMR systems such as Zoho. Support marketing campaigns, gather patient feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales. Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads. Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho and EMR systems is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
