What You Can Expect as a Telesales Agent Training & Growth: Full onboarding into our real estate systems, CRM, and lead generation process. One-on-one mentorship from senior sales managers. Ongoing coaching on conversion, negotiation, and communication. Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader role within 12 months. Day-to-Day Support: Access to our CRM system with daily inbound and outbound leads. Use of call center technology with unlimited international minutes. • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (required)
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
