A world where the magic of technology becomes accessible to the most talented of Merchants.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Confirmation & Telesales Agent to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming customer orders, verifying order details, and driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities throughout the confirmation journey.You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while maximizing order conversion, maintaining service quality, and achieving sales and operational performance targets.What You Will DoOrder Confirmation & Customer VerificationContact customers through approved communication channels to confirm orders, validate customer information, delivery details, and payment preferences to ensure order accuracy.Upselling & Cross-SellingIdentify opportunities to recommend product upgrades, complementary products, and promotional bundles to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and maximize revenue.Sales Conversion & Objection HandlingHandle customer inquiries and objections professionally, building trust and influencing purchasing decisions to improve confirmation and conversion rates.Customer ExperienceDeliver a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction while ensuring customer concerns are addressed efficiently.CRM & Data ManagementAccurately update customer information, order status, sales outcomes, and interaction notes within the CRM system while maintaining high data accuracy.Operational ExcellenceFollow established call scripts, quality standards, operational procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely processing of assigned orders.Performance ManagementAchieve individual and team KPIs related to order confirmation rates, upselling revenue, productivity, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.Continuous ImprovementEscalate operational issues when needed and provide feedback on customer trends, buying behaviors, and process improvement opportunities.
