Tender Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and talented Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Proactively monitor and track all relevant government, institutional, and private sector tender portals and publications to identify bidding opportunities. Own the full tender preparation process, gathering all required regulatory, legal, financial, and commercial documents. Ensure 100% compliance with all tender specifications, deadlines, and local regulations. Collaborate with the Market Access and Finance teams to finalize the optimal competitive pricing strategy and cost calculation for each bid, adhering to mandated price ceilings and contract profitability targets. Facilitate the legal finalization and execution of awarded contracts. Communicate terms clearly to the Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance departments for fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in tender management, bids, and contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry Fluency in English is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
