Warehouse Assistant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To support warehouse and clearance operations by coordinating trailer and driver schedules, ensuring timely loading, clearance, and dispatch of vehicles as per SLA, maintaining accurate system entries and documentation, supporting staff transportation, and ensuring full compliance with process and HSE requirements Job responsibilities: Support clearance operations by coordinating trailer movements and adjusting driver schedules as required. Identify urgent clearance requirements and initiate actions promptly. Liaise with Customs authorities and escalate requests for assistance when needed. Monitor operations and report any deviations from planned activities or schedules. Prepare and maintain daily clearance reports. Ensure vehicles are planned and allocated according to load requirements. Verify that vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time in line with agreed SLAs. Record trip and movement data accurately in the Oracle system. Coordinate and support staff transportation allocation and execution. Ensure all operational processes, safety, and HSE standards are strictly followed. Complete all required documentation accurately and within stipulated timelines. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification 10+2 or equivalent educated.
