Warehouse Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for an FMCG business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, team leadership, and FMCG distribution. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation. Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily manpower requirements. Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO procedures for FMCG products. Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damages, and discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse standards. Improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and operational processes. Prepare and monitor warehouse KPIs and operational reports. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably within FMCG. Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems. Experience managing warehouse teams. Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and FMCG stock handling. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. UAE experience is highly preferred.
