Job Overview
Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns of furniture, raw materials and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, raw materials and spare parts; control stock levels, minimum/reorder levels and slow-moving items. Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes; investigate and reconcile any differences between physical stock and system records. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse reports in Excel, including stock balance, stock movement, inward/outward, ageing, damaged goods and stock valuation. Build and maintain Excel trackers and dashboards (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts) to give management clear, timely stock information. Coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, showrooms and accounts to ensure material availability, on-time deliveries and correct documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, transfer notes). Organise warehouse layout, bin locations and labelling for fast and accurate picking and to prevent damage to furniture. Supervise warehouse staff, drivers and helpers; assign daily tasks and ensure safe handling, loading and unloading. Enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness and security procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline; a logistics/supply chain qualification is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in furniture, manufacturing or trading companies in the Gulf. Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, reporting and dashboards) - this is essential. Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation. Experience with ERP/inventory systems (Odoo, SAP or similar) is highly preferred. Well organised, detail-oriented and able to deliver accurate reports on time. Good leadership and communication skills; English required, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable Iqama preferred. Employment Type Full-time
