Water Tank Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of cleaning teams performing water tank cleaning, kitchen hood and duct cleaning, and grease trap maintenance. The role ensures that all cleaning activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to hygiene and safety standards set by authorities such as Dubai Municipality. The Supervisor serves as a bridge between team leaders/helpers and management, monitoring quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Team Oversight & Leadership Supervise multiple teams performing water tank, kitchen hood, and grease trap cleaning. Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance. Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards. Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to team leaders and helpers. 2. Operational Management Oversee cleaning operations including draining, sludge removal, pressure washing, disinfecting water tanks, and cleaning kitchen hoods/ducts. Supervise grease trap inspection, cleaning, and proper disposal of waste. Coordinate with clients to schedule jobs efficiently and minimize disruption. Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling. 3. Safety & Compliance Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all cleaning operations. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe chemical handling. Conduct risk assessments for confined spaces, heights, and kitchen environments. Ensure compliance with UAE authorities’ regulations, including Dubai Municipality standards. Quality Control Inspect completed jobs to ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are met. Identify operational gaps or quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and maintained. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily reports on job completion, equipment usage, chemical usage, and safety checks. Record team attendance, performance, and any incidents or operational issues. Provide weekly or monthly reports to management regarding productivity, compliance, and customer feedback. 6. Customer Coordination Communicate with clients regarding cleaning schedules, requirements, and feedback. Address minor customer concerns on-site or escalate serious issues to management. Ensure work is delivered to meet client expectations and company service standards. Desired Candidate Profile Skills Required: 1-3 years' experience in UAE High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred. Training or certification in water tank cleaning, kitchen hood/duct cleaning, or grease trap maintenance. Knowledge of UAE hygiene, sanitation, and occupational safety standards.
