Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly skilled, independent Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our platform tools. As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated verification systems scale across North America and the GCC, we require a developer who can bridge seamless client-side interfaces with high-performance backend pipelines. Operating completely remote from within the UAE, you will take technical ownership of candidate-facing portals, employer dashboards, and high-throughput web workflows, collaborating directly with our core engineering hub in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities Application Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and asynchronous backend setups. API & Core Systems Integration: Consume and build RESTful and GraphQL endpoints to interface with our HR API architecture and database pipelines cleanly. UI/UX Optimization: Turn complex design briefs into modular, clean visual layouts focused on cross-browser stability, fast load times, and intuitive candidate/employer user journeys. Security & Data Integrity: Implement secure data-handling protocols to safeguard identity verification interfaces and transactional workflows. System Refinement & CI/CD: Participate in code reviews, debug issues, write clean code, and maintain unit testing/deployment pipelines for maximum application uptime. Compensation & Perks Tax-Free Base Salary: AED 19,000 – AED 25,000 per month (Positioned 20% above UAE market average, dependent on experience). Desired Candidate Profile Who You Are (Requirements) Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade web applications (B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-moving startup environments preferred). Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, Modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React/Next.js frameworks. Backend & API Literacy: Working experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend environments, alongside Git version control and SQL/NoSQL database management. Residence: Currently living within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a valid residency status. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to self-manage, document tasks clearly, and work autonomously in a remote setup.
