Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are expanding our in-house digital team and looking for a highly experienced WordPress professional to take on a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a small team of 2 developers while actively working on advanced WordPress development projects yourself. Important: This is an in-person, full-time position based in Heliopolis, Cairo. Remote/online work is not possible. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 2 WordPress developers. Stay hands-on: design, build, and optimize custom WordPress websites. Develop custom themes, plugins, and API integrations. Optimize performance, security, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2-5 years). Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) Ability to develop/customize plug-in and optimize site performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
